  27.    So, you deleted bullet.library somewhere along the way, and it's a
  28. deficiency in AWeb?  Huh?
  29.    I agree that it definitely should tell you why it fails, but then again
  30. most programs won't.  A lot of MUI programs don't say a thing if you don't
  31. have MUI installed.  Just last night, I ran a program which wanted
  32. locale.library v39, but didn't tell me why it failed.  It took SnoopDOS to
  33. find that out.
  34.    And lastly, how many programs do you know of which state what OS libraries
  35. they require?  Certainly, most programs have a .readme to say if they need
  36. something non-standard, like ReqTools, but not standard OS libraries.
